Dear Guests,

Our holiday flat (170 m²) has a large balcony with an open chimney. The apartment has three bedrooms – two of them are equipped with a king size bed. The third bedroom is a nursery room and has three beds and an additional bed, which can be extended. On request we can provide you with a baby bed in one of the rooms. Some toys for the kids are also available.

Two more people can comfortably sleep on the big sofa in the living room. In the spacious living and dining room is a large dining table with 10 chairs and a high chair for children. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has its own utility room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

In addition, the apartment has a large bathroom with a shower, a bath, a toilet and two sinks. Another additional toilet is also available.
Furthermore, we provided following:

• TV and free WLAN
• Bed linen, towel, bath towel and dish towel
• Hairdryer
• A small charcoal barbecue
• Free car park in front of the house

The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift (We also live on this floor).
